Brand management
An interesting challenge in two very different markets
A heated tobacco device
IQOS
A Philip Morris International brand, IQOS is one of the world’s most popular smoke-free alternatives.

My part in
the project
I have been working with IQOS since 2022, and I am involved in a number of brand management tasks such as:
- Quality assurance
- Agile project management
- UX/UI support for campaigns and secondary pages
- Animated gifs and popup designs
- Email templating
- Other (as needed)
Where would I be without my
Trusty tools
In my daily work with IQOS I mostly rely on XD for designs and quick mockups. But Illustrator is making at least a weekly (at least) appearance for those little tasks XD just can’t handle.
Most of the gifs I make for the e-commerce platforms I create in After Effects, but for the simpler ones, I have used Photoshop.
Sometimes, a smaller file size is just better.

Navigating some
Legal restrictions
The tobacco industry is highly regulated, and branding is quite restricted in both countries, especially Denmark.
For this reason, I am not allowed to show many of the designs used for the Swedish site, but here are a few examples of the work I did so far for the Danish site.
